Licsw Diane Clarke Delehanty

Diane Clarke Delehanty, LICSW, currently serves as the Community Partner Team Leader at Bay Cove Human Services, where responsibilities include providing clinical and programmatic oversight to a Behavioral Health care team and supervising various care coordinators and managers for MassHealth Members with complex needs. Previously, Diane held roles such as BHCP Clinical Care Manager and Program Manager at Bay Cove, overseeing intensive care coordination and operations in adult day health services. Prior experience includes coordinating the HELP Program at Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries, managing the Healthy Families Program at Catholic Charities, and teaching child psychology at Bunker Hill Community College. Diane holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Salem State University and a Master's Degree in Family Support and Parent Education from Wheelock College, along with a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Suffolk University.
