Nancy Mahan

Nancy Mahan has worked at Bay Cove Human Services since 1979. She began at Bay Cove as a Program Director of a residential group home for adults with mental illness in the agency's early years, and over a period of 25 years developed a continuum of rehabilitation and treatment programs as the agency's Director of Mental Health Services. In 2011, Nancy was appointed Senior Vice President of Services. In this role, Nancy oversees all Bay Cove service programs, including Mental Health Services, Developmental Services, Addiction Services, Housing & Homeless Services, and Child & Family Services.

Nancy earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees (in Human Services Management) through UMass Boston's College of Public and Community Services.
