David Stark is currently serving as the Chief Public Affairs and Communications Officer at Bay East Association of REALTORS®. With over two decades of experience in public affairs and housing development, David has previously held positions at the City of Hayward and City of Ontario. Stark holds a Masters in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, along with Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and English from the University of California, Riverside.
