Steve Medeiros

Steve Medeiros is the current Treasurer at BAY EAST ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS. Prior to this, they were with Alliance Title as Senior Vice President from May 2007 to January 2008. Steve was responsible for recruiting and managing five branch locations. The company was profitable throughout the mortgage meltdown.

From February 2001 to May 2007, Steve was with LandAmerica Commonwealth as Vice President-Regional County Manager. Steve was in charge of Alameda, San Francisco and San Joaquin counties for this Fortune 500 Title and Escrow company. Steve expanded the territory from one branch to twenty three within the 5 year plan in accordance with the company expansion model. Steve also grew market share from 1.7% to over 9%. Steve was responsible for creation, management and implementation of an annual budget exceeding $16M.

From April 2000 to January 2001, Steve was Vice President-County Manager at Financial Title Company. From January 2009 to July 2009, they were Marketing/Business Development Manager at Massingham & Associates Property Management. And from January 2008 to December 2008, they were Marketing Director at Medeiros & Sons Pest Control.

Prior to that, Steve was Area Manager/ Sales Manager at American Title CA from February 1995 to March 2000.

Steve Medeiros has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Ashford University and a Diploma in Ministry Leadership from Rockbridge Seminary.
