Viviana Cherman

Viviana Cherman is the current Director at BAY EAST ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS. Prior to that, they worked as a Broker-Associate at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate | Reliance Partners from August 2014 to January 2020. In that role, they specialized in residential real estate in the Tri Valley and was passionate about helping their clients dream and achieve their goals of selling or buying a home. Viviana has a wealth of experience in customer service and understands what their clients need.

Before working in real estate, Viviana worked in finance at IronPlanet from April 2012 to May 2016. In that role, they were responsible for reviewing settlement statements for items sold on IronPlanet auctions and processing payments to Sellers. Viviana also verified commissions, fees and miscellaneous charges on seller statements, and prepared spreadsheet analysis and other support as necessary.

Viviana Cherman received their BS in Economics and Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California. Viviana then went on to earn their Chartered Financial Consultant designation from The American College. Next, they completed the Certified Financial Planner coursework through CFP- San Francisco University. Finally, they obtained their Business Plan Basics for Micro-entrepreneurs Certificate from Holy Names University.
