Todd Yates

Todd Yates has a diverse work experience in the mortgage industry. Todd began their career in 2003 at Wausau Mortgage, where they worked on the broker desk. Todd then moved on to Long Beach Mortgage/Washington Mutual as a closing loan coordinator. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at Home Savings of America as a conventional underwriter. In 2010, they joined Bay Equity, LLC as a loan coordinator team lead. Todd later became a compliance manager, overseeing various aspects of the compliance department. From 2015 to 2016, they briefly worked at Clara Lending as a mortgage operations/compliance manager. Todd then returned to Bay Equity, LLC as a compliance manager before being promoted to assistant vice president of compliance in 2020. Throughout their career, Todd has demonstrated their expertise in compliance, vendor management, fair lending, and loan coordination.
