Mardell Mikolaj has extensive experience in the mortgage and financial services industry, with a career spanning from 1993 to the present. Currently serving as IT Asset Manager at Bay Equity, LLC since June 2015, Mardell previously held the position of Underwriter at the same company from 2012 to 2013.
