Arturo Ruvalcaba has extensive experience in the financial services and customer relations sectors, currently serving as the Lead Financial Services Officer at Bay Federal Credit Union since November 2020. Previously, Arturo held various roles at Wells Fargo, including Personal Banker and Bank Teller, where strong customer engagement and relationship-building contributed to financial success for clients. Additionally, Arturo has experience in financial data analysis and cash management from a position as Customer Service Booth Clerk at Safeway. Prior roles include Income Tax Preparer at United Way and Cook at In-N-Out Burger, showcasing a diverse skill set in both finance and customer service. Arturo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from California State University, Monterey Bay, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Cabrillo College.
