Jim Phillips is the current Director at Bay Federal Credit Union. Jim has held this position since August 2014. Prior to this, they were the SVP & CIO at Stanford Federal Credit Union from February 2011 to August 2014. In this role, they were responsible for technology planning, systems conversion, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, data center build out, team development, Information management program development, Information Technology Risk Assessment, and I.T.I.L. Program deployment.

Before their time at Stanford Federal Credit Union, Jim Phillips was the SVP & CIO at Arizona Federal Credit Union from October 2005 to February 2011. Prior to that, they were the Director at Parks Consulting from October 2003 to October 2005. And before that, they were the Director - Bank Consulting Practice at M ONE from August 2001 to October 2003.

At M ONE, Jim Phillips was responsible for growing the consulting practice focused on the mid-sized banking market. Jim was also responsible for sales, contracting, client relationship development, public speaking, and delivery of high quality work to clients across the nation. Jim managed a team of consultants across a variety of projects including CRM, Retail Strategy, Technology Strategy, Technology Payoff Assessments, de novo start ups and many other strategic and technical engagements.

Jim Phillips has a BBA in Management and Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelors in Finance and General from The University of Texas at Austin.
