Shazia Ashfaq is a Research Health Science Specialist and Post Doctoral Fellow at HSR&D VA San Diego, alongside serving as a Clinical Informatics Specialist at Bay Medical Management, LLC since February 2019. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Associate at the Division of Biomedical Informatics at UCSD from November 2011 to October 2012. Shazia holds a Fellowship in Diagnostic Radiology from the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Pakistan, and is a Member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons in Diagnostic Radiology. Additionally, Shazia completed an M.B.B.S. at Rawalpindi Medical College and an MBA in Project Management & Finance from San Francisco Bay University.
