Crissy Hinojosa

Crissy Hinojosa, Ph.D., SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Crissy started their career at Advanced Acoustic Concepts in 2002 where they held a role in Business Development, Software, and Project Management. In 2008, they joined Bay, Ltd. as a Business System Manager. Crissy then worked as a Lecturer/Consultant at TAMUK/Bay Ltd. from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they became the Director of Business Intelligence/Adjunct Lecturer at Bay Ltd./TAMUK. Most recently, in 2018, they joined Bay Ltd. again, first as the Vice President of Business Process/Systems and currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Services. Their expertise is evident through their various roles in business management, consulting, lecturing, and business intelligence.

Crissy Hinojosa, Ph.D., SHRM-CP has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Texas A&M University-Kingsville, obtained in 2005. Crissy then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same institution, which they completed in 2004. In 2016, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, they hold certifications, including a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, obtained in 2021, and an AACSB Professionally Qualified Certificate from AACSB International.
