Jesus Wong has extensive experience in the construction and engineering fields, currently serving as an Area Manager and Construction Manager at Bay Ltd. since July 2003, where responsibilities include overseeing project planning, progress, and field engineering. Prior roles at Bay Ltd. involved being an Estimator, successfully bidding on TxDOT and Municipal projects valued up to $42M, and leading the survey department as a Survey Manager and 3D Modeler. Prior to this, Jesus Wong served in the US Army from October 1995 to September 2003 as a Topographic Surveyor within the 82D division, prioritizing military service while specializing in geodetic surveying.
