Yuriy Petushkov

Yuriy Petushkov is the Senior Managing Director at Bay Networks. Yuriy has held previous positions as the Director of IT Engineering at Zycko USA and Team Lead Manager at Sony Electronics.

Yuriy has been in the IT field for over 20 years. Yuriy started their career as a Team Lead Manager at Sony Electronics in 1997. In 2003, they became the Director of IT hardware repair and Senior network sales engineer at Hula Networks. Yuriy held this position until 2007 when they became the Director of IT Engineering at Zycko USA.

In their role at Zycko USA, Yuriy was responsible for envisioning and implementing business and marketing plans based on the comprehensive analysis of company requirements. Yuriy partnered with the CEO and CFO to grow the sales pipeline and established a new Network Engineering and IT Equipment Repair division. Through their strategic planning and execution, team leadership, and operations management, they achieved $4.2M new annual revenue within a duration of four months. Yuriy also maximized client satisfaction by coaching engineering staff on client service and consulting with key vendors on business infrastructure.

In their current role as Senior Managing Director at Bay Networks, Yuriy is responsible for leading the company’s sales, operations, and business development initiatives. Yuriy has extensive experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, managing P&Ls, and building high-performing teams. Under their leadership, Bay Networks has experienced significant growth and is now one of the leading providers of IT solutions in the Bay Area.

Yuriy Petushkov has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Kuban State University of Technology (KubSUT). Yuriy is also certified by Scrum Alliance as a Scrum Master Certified (SMC), Cisco as a CCDA, and Cisco as a CCNA. Microsoft has certified him as a Microsoft A+ and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).
