Severn Goodspeed

Severn Goodspeed is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in systems engineering and technical support. Currently serving as Systems Engineer II at Bay News 9 since July 2018, Severn has previously held positions including Desktop Support Specialist II at Bankers Financial Corporation and End User Support Specialist at Raymond James Financial, where responsibilities included installing ThomsonONE software and managing workspace conversions. Severn's earlier roles at SS&C Technologies and Deaconess Health System involved technical support tasks such as monitoring automation software, managing Active Directory access, and providing desktop support. Severn began the career as an Installer at Time Warner Cable, honing customer service and technical skills.
