Fiona McTavish is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Director at RSHL and holding multiple director positions at Quayside Holdings Limited, Priority One Western Bay of Plenty, and BOPLASS since July 2018, Fiona also acts as Chief Executive Officer for the Bay of Plenty Regional Council since May 2018. Previous roles include school board member at Tauranga Girls College and past chair at Otumoetai Intermediate. Fiona's background includes key positions at Ako Mātātupu: Teach First NZ and the Ministry of Education, along with a general management role at Bay of Plenty Regional Council. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Regional and Resource Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Otago, alongside postgraduate diplomas in Business Administration and Health Economics from Massey University and Victoria University of Wellington, respectively.
