Malcolm Burningham is an accomplished Environmental Data Officer with extensive experience in hydrometry and environmental data management. Currently serving at Bay of Plenty Regional Council since January 2014, Malcolm has previously held the role of Hydrometric Officer at the Environment Agency from September 2009 to December 2013, where responsibilities included providing technical support to area teams and ensuring data quality for the National River Flow Archive. Earlier professional experience includes serving as a GIS Officer at Islington Council and as a Hydrometrist at Scott Technical Instruments. Malcolm holds a Bachelor of Science in Hydrology and Environmental Science from The University of Waikato, completed in 2002.
