Nolene Naude CA (SA) is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Financial Accounting Team Leader at Bay of Plenty Regional Council since April 2020. Prior to this role, Nolene gained significant experience as a Senior Supervisor at Audit New Zealand from June 2017 to April 2020 and as an Assistant Accountant at Progressive Meat Limited for a brief period in early 2017. Nolene's career began at PwC, where valuable experience was obtained as a Senior Associate in both PwC New Zealand (2014-2016) and PwC South Africa (2011-2014), along with an initial role as an Article Clerk. Nolene holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, both from Nelson Mandela University.
