Peter Blackwood

Peter Blackwood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management within regional councils. Currently serving as the Manager Investigations & Design at Horizons Regional Council, Peter has held a prominent role as Principal Technical Engineer at Bay of Plenty Regional Council since January 2017. Prior to this, Peter managed Design & Investigations at Horizons Regional Council from September 2006 to December 2016. Peter's academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours obtained after attending Tawa College from 1967 to 1971.
