Phil Ryan

Phil Ryan is a Management Information Systems Specialist at Bay of Plenty Regional Council since January 2022, focusing on reviewing information systems in the public transport sector to develop a roadmap for future improvements. Prior to this role, Phil Ryan served as the Group Financial Systems Manager at Beca from May 1994 to January 2018. Phil Ryan holds a Bachelor of Management Studies in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from The University of Waikato, earned from 1983 to 1987.
