Wafa Dine

Wafa Dine is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in land development and environmental engineering. Currently serving as a Contract Engineer at Bay of Plenty Regional Council and as Director at WADi Engineering Services Ltd since April 2022, Wafa demonstrates leadership and technical expertise. Prior roles include Manager of Land Development Engineering and Senior Land Development Engineer at Rotorua Lakes Council from July 2013 to May 2021, as well as Senior Design Engineer specializing in Three Waters & Roading at Opus International Consultants from 2009 to 2012. Wafa holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cairo University.
