Lucas Tepman is a seasoned finance and business strategist currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at GlacierGrid. In this role, Lucas manages finance, operations, and business strategy, with a focus on investor relations, channel partnerships, and sustainability strategies. Lucas has held various leadership positions, including Founder and CEO of MUSA, a platform connecting artists with exhibition venues, and Co-Founder of Bay Padel, Northern California's first Padel facility. Lucas’s experience also includes serving as an investment analyst at Gratitude Railroad and contributing to social impact through roles at the University of California, Berkeley, and Candide Group. Lucas holds a Master's degree in Development Economics from UC Berkeley and a Licenciatura in Ciencias Politicas from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
