Rich Dobson possesses extensive experience in contract administration and estimation, currently serving as a Contract Administrator and Estimator at Bay Ship & Yacht Co. since March 2011. Prior to this role, Rich worked as an Estimator at BBI Construction from 1993 to 2008. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Mary's College of California, where studies were completed from 1975 to 1979 in the Integral Program.
