Jeffrey B. Locke

Jeffrey B. Locke is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in commercial lending and banking management. Since March 2007, Jeffrey has served as Senior Vice President and Market Relationship Manager at Bay State Savings Bank, previously holding the role of Senior Branch Manager. Prior to this, Jeffrey worked as Vice President Executive Recruiter at Sterling Staffing, specializing in bank recruitment across New England and Florida, and managed branches at Grafton Suburban Credit Union and Commerce Bank and Trust.
