Alan Mersnick

Alan Mersnick has over three decades of experience in the milling industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at Bay State Milling Company since February 2021. Previously, Mersnick held the position of RTE Plant Manager and later Assistant Plant Manager at Ardent Mills from June 2014 to July 2020, following the merger of ConAgra Mills and Horizon Milling. Earlier roles at ConAgra Foods included RTE & QA Plant Manager, where responsibilities focused on a Ready to Eat flour manufacturing facility, and various positions leading operations in flour mills located in York, PA, and Macon, GA. Mersnick began the career in quality control before transitioning into operations. Mersnick holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, earned between 1984 and 1989.
