Damon Lusk

Damon Lusk has extensive experience in financial leadership roles, currently serving as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Bay State Milling Company since September 2024. Previously, Damon held interim CFO positions at EverSmith Brands and has been the CFO at StageBio from November 2018 to October 2023. Additional experience includes consulting CFO roles at NewEdge Signal Solutions and ChoiceStream, Inc., and a CFO position at Boston Globe Media. Damon started the career as a Controller for Standex International and spent several years at Ernst & Young in Mergers & Acquisitions and as a Senior Auditor. Damon holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Northeastern University and a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin, with additional executive education from Harvard Business School.
