Frank van Schaayk

Frank van Schaayk is Regional President, The Americas, for McCain Foods Limited. He began his career with the company in 1992 and has served in numerous senior level positions including corporate vice president of the company’s global relationship with McDonald’s Corporation; Managing Director of McCain Foods Holland and Chief Executive Officer of McCain Foods, USA. In his current role, Mr. van Schaayk has responsibility for leading McCain’s continued growth in the US, Canada, South America, Mexico and the Caribbean. He was a member of the Board of Directors of McCain Foods Ltd from 2006 to 2010. Prior to joining McCain Foods, he was President and Chief Operating Officer and member of the Board of Ben’s, Ltd. a regional wholesale bakery company in eastern Canada. He also held a variety of roles in Engineering and Strategy functions with Shell Canada, Ltd. Mr. van Schaayk is a graduate of St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia, Canada and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Nova Scotia Technical College. He holds a Chartered Director designation in Canada and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.
