R. Wayne Teddy

R. Wayne Teddy is the Director at Bay State Milling Company. R. was previously with Cargill for almost 40 years, where they were Corporate Vice President, Corporate Center. In this role, they led a group of 17 operating businesses worldwide that connect producers of grains, oilseeds, cotton, sugar, and other agricultural commodities through origination, processing, marketing, risk management, and distribution services. Teddy was responsible for enterprise strategy, financial results, capital allocation, talent, and corporate alignment for an investment of approximately $18 billion USD and 37,000 employees.
