Pat Scanlan

Pat Scanlan has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing and entertainment industries. In 2009, Pat joined Bay Tek Entertainment as a Continuous Improvement Coordinator, where they implemented Lean Manufacturing tools and fostered a culture of continuous improvement. In 2012, they progressed to the role of Manufacturing Manager, leading manufacturing staff and championing continuous improvement efforts. Pat later served as Director of Manufacturing Engineering, Director of Operations, Director of Research and Development, and currently holds the position of Director of Product Development at Bay Tek Entertainment. Prior to joining Bay Tek, Pat worked as an Assembly Engineer at Sub-Zero Group, Inc. from 2007 to 2009.

Pat Scanlan completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2002 to 2007. Before attending university, Pat attended Oconto High School, however, no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
