John Kapis has served as an Area Maintenance Manager at Bay Valley Foods since March 1995, overseeing product sterilization, packaging, and container labeling for cans and glass, as well as robotic and conventional high-speed palletizing operations. Key responsibilities include managing capital projects, executing millwright tasks, and utilizing the MP2 preventive maintenance system, alongside implementing upgrades to mechanical systems and being involved in software re-writes. John Kapis pursued education at PennWest Edinboro from 1973 to 1975.
