Aaron Ereditario

Aaron Ereditario has extensive experience in the education field. Aaron most recently served as the Director of Human Resources and Operations at Bay Village City School District starting in 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Principal at Bay Middle School from 2019 to 2022. From 2011 to 2019, they held the position of Assistant Principal at Bay High School. Before joining Bay High School, they served as an Assistant Principal at Vermilion High School from 2008 to 2011. Aaron started their career in education as a Spanish Teacher at Avon High School from 2002 to 2008.

Aaron Ereditario's education history begins in 1991 when they graduated from Amherst Marion L. Steele. From 1995 to 2000, they attended the University of North Dakota and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish Language and Literature. During this same period, they also completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology at the University of North Dakota. In 2003, Aaron pursued further education at Ashland University, where they obtained a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General, which they completed in 2006. Lastly, from 2014 to 2017, Aaron Ereditario studied at Baldwin Wallace University, graduating with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
