Jason Kidik has extensive experience in education and sports management, currently serving in primary education at Bay Village City School District since August 2019. Prior to this role, Jason Kidik was associated with the Cleveland Indians from July 2005 to January 2019, where responsibilities included Director of Live Experience, Assistant Director of In-Game Experience, and Manager of Promotions. In these positions, Jason Kidik developed and managed strategies for enhancing fan experiences, directed in-game entertainment, and oversaw a significant departmental budget. Earlier roles included Director of Promotions with the Columbus Clippers, as well as experience in group sales and ticket sales with the South Bend Silver Hawks and Mahoning Valley Scrappers. Jason Kidik holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Wittenberg University, completed in 2000.
