John Murray

John (Buddy) Murray, PE, is a Project Manager at Bay West, LLC, with over 20 years of experience as a Professional Engineer and Consultant. Currently, they manage capital improvements, potable water service, force main sewer service, and roads. Previously, they held the position of Environmental Operations Manager at RELYANT Global, LLC, and have extensive experience supporting large DoD and DoE programs. John (Buddy) has developed strong skills in proposal development, project documentation, and the design, operation, and maintenance of advanced groundwater treatment systems. They earned a BSE in Environmental Engineering from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
