Timothy Bertrand

Timothy Bertrand has a diverse range of work experience in environmental and project management roles. Timothy currently works at Bay West LLC as an Industrial Project Manager. Previously, they worked at Clean Harbors as a Project Specialist, where they coordinated environmental services and managed hazardous wastes and materials. Timothy also worked at LAKE SUPERIOR CONSULTING as a Cathodic Protection Technician, performing field data collection for pipeline corrosion protection systems. Prior to that, they were a Client Services Coordinator at Stericycle, managing hazardous waste management services for small quantity generators. Timothy also worked as an Environmental Technician at Vail Resorts, running the recycling program for on mountain facilities. Additionally, they were an Environmental Specialist at Keystone Neighbourhood Company, responsible for organizing and planning landscaping arrangements. Timothy started their career as an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator at RSI Recycling, where they conducted compliance inspections for five facilities.

Timothy Bertrand completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Minnesota Duluth from 2006 to 2011. During their time at the university, they focused on studying biology, ecosystems, sustainability, field interpretation, and soil science. In terms of additional certifications, Timothy obtained the OSHA 40 HAZWOPER certification from OSHAcademy Safety and Health Training in December 2021. Timothy also holds certifications in CPR/AED from The American Red Cross, EPA 608 from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and EPA 609 from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
