Orsolya Semperger is a seasoned professional in the field of polymer technology and engineering, currently serving as the Head of the Polymer Technology Research Group at Bay Zoltán Kutatóközpont since May 2022. With experience as the Head of the Material Research Department at HD Composite Zrt. from June 2019 to April 2022, Orsolya focused on automotive applications involving automated production lines, composite components, and T-RTM technology, emphasizing R&D and recyclability. Prior roles include Development Engineer at evopro systems engineering Kft., where similar industry applications were explored, and earlier positions in product marketing and design that laid the foundation for Orsolya's technical expertise. Orsolya holds a PhD in Polymer/Plastics Engineering, as well as MSc and BSc degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial and Product Design from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.

Bay Zoltán Nonprofit Ltd. for Applied Research aims to contribute to the competitiveness and efficiency of Hungarian companies by providing services in innovation and technology transfer in cooperation with Hungarian and foreign partner institutions.
