Dan West is currently the Area Director of Operations at BAYADA Home Health Care, overseeing multiple home health offices throughout Massachusetts. They previously held the role of Area Sales Director, managing sales and marketing strategies for skilled visit offices in multiple states. Their extensive experience at BAYADA includes serving as an Area Sales Trainer and Marketing Manager, where they contributed to sales growth and training initiatives. Prior to joining BAYADA, Dan worked as an Executive Sales Representative at GlaxoSmithKline. Dan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Communications from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
