Divesh Aidasani

Divesh Aidasani serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Strategy & Operations at BAYADA Home Health Care since February 2021, overseeing strategy for the organization and its seven business units. Previously, Divesh held the position of Senior Director of Product Management at A Place for Mom and Associate Partner in Healthcare Strategy at Deloitte, bringing extensive experience in health care and corporate strategy. Earlier roles include Operations Consultant at Enlivant, Strategy Consultant at Ivy Partners, and Senior Research Associate at Amgen, among others. Divesh holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from Washington State University.
