Hakeem Gaines, MBA, is an accomplished leader in the healthcare and fitness industries with extensive experience in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. Currently serving as Division Director at BAYADA Home Health Care since May 2016, Hakeem has consistently achieved double-digit revenue growth and developed a successful candidate attraction strategy. Previously, as Senior General Manager at EXOS|MediFit, Hakeem engineered wellness solutions and launched youth fitness programs that reduced membership attrition. Hakeem also owned High Definition Sports Performance, LLC, where a 500% revenue increase was achieved through strategic partnerships.
