Janice Jaffee

Janice Jaffee is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in health care and operations. As the Area Director of IT Operations at BAYADA Home Health Care since 2001, Janice oversees all infrastructure components, including hardware, databases, software, and communications, while managing the company-wide IT Security Program. Prior roles include Director of IT Operations at BAYADA, Director of IT Operations at ARAMARK, and Associate Director of Global IT at CSL Behring, where Janice managed critical enterprise infrastructure. Janice started their career as a Systems Engineer at the Law School Admission Council. Janice holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Temple University, a Certificate in Strategic Leadership from Penn State University, and a Masters Certificate in Healthcare Informatics from Drexel University.
