Megan O'Shields

Megan O'Shields is an experienced professional in the home health care industry, currently serving as the Director, Strategic Talent Partner at BAYADA Home Health Care since January 2009, where responsibilities include ensuring high-quality care for adult clients and mentoring new talent through the MaPP Mentor program. Prior roles at BAYADA included Director of Operations and Business Development, as well as Associate Director and Client Services Manager.
