Margie Wernick has been with Kforce Inc since November 1997, currently serving as the Strategic Delivery Director and Technology Talent Partner, where responsibilities include overseeing the delivery process, training and developing team members, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Previously, Margie held the position of Managing Director, leading a team of over 15 recruiters in the New Jersey market, and served as Manager of Recruiting & Service Delivery, guiding a team of 6 recruiters. Margie's career began at Computer Plus Staffing Solutions, Inc as a recruiter from 1995 to 1997. Margie holds a BA in Communications from the University of South Florida, completed between 1989 and 1994.
