Susan Chapman Moss

Susan Chapman Moss, MPH, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Payer Strategy & Government Affairs at BAYADA Home Health Care and is a faculty member focused on Service Line Planning & Operations at Harvard Medical School. In addition, Susan is a board member at Care Dimensions and previously served on the board of the Center for Medical Simulation. With a wealth of experience in senior leadership roles, Susan held various positions at Mass General Brigham, including Senior Vice President for Payer Contracting and System Planning, Senior Vice President of Strategy, and Vice President of Business Planning and Market Development. Further, Susan contributed as a Fellow at The Health Management Academy and served as Executive Director at Massachusetts General Physician Organization. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Health in Healthcare Management from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of New Hampshire.
