Taylor Nanni holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Appalachian State University. They began their career in healthcare with experience in various roles, including a summer internship at Appalachian Regional Healthcare System. Currently, Taylor serves as the Associate Director at BAYADA Home Health Care in Raleigh Pediatrics, where they lead a team focused on providing compassionate and reliable care in the private duty nursing sector, navigating challenges posed by nursing shortages and the pandemic. Prior to their current role, Taylor worked as a Client Care Coordinator at Home Instead Senior Care and as a Client Services Manager at BAYADA.
