Charles Elmer has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Charles began their career as a Cashier at Phobia Haunted Houses from September 2006 to December 2008. Charles then transitioned to working as a Videographer & Marketing Strategist at their own business, Charles Elmer Videography, from June 2011 to April 2017.

In 2016, Charles joined Bayard Bradford - HubSpot Solutions Partner, where they held multiple roles. Charles started as an Inbound Marketing Specialist from December 2016 to November 2018, then became a Customer Success Manager from November 2018 to April 2020. From April 2020 to May 2021, Charles served as a Sales Enablement Lead, and they are currently working as the Director of Revenue Operations since May 2021.

In addition to their roles at Bayard Bradford, Charles joined Datawarehouse.io in September 2021 as a Product Sales representative. Charles is involved in helping B2B organizations leverage the power of HubSpot CRM and acts as a liaison between customers and the Product team.

Looking ahead, Charles will be joining GLG as a Subject Matter Expert from March 2023 onwards. In this role, they will utilize their experience in the software consulting industry to help clients address complex business challenges related to customer relationship management, systems architecture, and revenue operations. GLG is a global insight network that connects decision-makers with the right experts to provide clarity and drive success.

Charles Elmer completed their Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Communications at the University of Denver from 2012 to 2016. Charles also holds several certifications from HubSpot, including a HubSpot Trainer Certification obtained in December 2017.
