Nikki Dortch

Nikki Dortch is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a NICU RN at BayCare Health System since October 2022 and also working as a Postpartum/NICU Case Manager for Centene Corporation since August 2021. Prior nursing roles include Neonatal Nurse Practitioner at Mednax, National Medical Group from December 2020 to August 2021, and NICU RN at BayCare Health System from September 2015 to November 2020. Nikki's career began as a Patient Care Technician at All Children's Hospital Johns Hopkins Medicine in 2015. Further foundational experience includes a Service Lead position at Winn Dixie and an Office Assistant role with the United States Department of Defense. Nikki holds a Master of Science in Neonatal Nurse Practitioner from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and two Bachelor’s degrees from the University of South Florida, one in Nursing and another in Public Health, as well as an Associate of Arts from Hillsborough Community College.
