Jenn Sadler is an experienced professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Director of People and Operations at BAYCAT since July 2024. Prior to this role, Jenn held various leadership positions, including Head of People at Disco from January 2022 to January 2024, Senior Director of People at Capella Space from January 2020 to January 2021, and Head of People & Talent at Abstract from January 2019 to January 2020. Jenn also served as Head of People at uBiome from January 2017 to January 2019. Academically, Jenn Sadler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from Golden Gate University and a Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from San Francisco State University.
