Mark Situ

Mark Situ has over 20 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry. Mark began their career in 1995 as a Planning and Scheduling Lead at Mactronix Inc, where they decreased production lead-time by 25%. In 1996, they moved to AAF International (American Air Filter) as an Industrial Engineer, where they reduced assembly labor standard by 35%. In 1998, they joined CommScope, where they held various roles such as Sr. Manager/Director of Quality, Quality Manager, and Manufacturing Engineer. In this role, they developed strategies in customer focus, change and innovation of product development, established new Product Development Process with gated review process, and managed customer complaint and resolution process with product management, customer care and sales teams. In 2018, they joined both Nightstick and Bayco Products, Inc. as Director of Global Quality & Manufacturing.

Mark Situ received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. Mark then attended The University of Texas at Dallas for Business Administration and Management. Lastly, they studied Business/Managerial Economics at the University of Phoenix.
