Matthew Kerr

Matthew Kerr has extensive experience in commercial lending and real estate management, currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Lending at BayCoast Bank since 2017, after previously holding the position of Assistant Vice President and Real Estate Collateral Manager. Prior to BayCoast Bank, Matthew worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2012 to 2017, advancing through roles as Assistant Vice President and Credit Support Associate II, as well as Officer and Document Administrator II. Matthew's academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Salem State University, supplemented by specialized training in commercial lending from the Massachusetts Bankers Association.
