Scott Lopes

Scott Lopes has over 20 years of experience in human resources and training, currently serving as Senior Vice President Chief Human Resources and Talent Officer at BayCoast Bank since March 2012. Prior roles at BayCoast include Vice President Human Resources Director and Assistant Vice President/Training & Development Officer, where Scott spearheaded corporate training programs and employee integration initiatives. Before joining BayCoast, Scott held multiple positions at Webster Bank from April 2001 to October 2011, including Learning & Development Officer, Operations Supervisor II, and Customer Service Representative, enhancing employee training and customer satisfaction across numerous branches. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from New England College of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Post University, among other educational credentials.
