Scott Martin is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in commercial lending and relationship management. Currently serving as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer at BayCoast Bank since October 2017, Scott previously held roles at Santander Bank, N.A. as a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager and Retail Banking Branch Manager, where significant branch improvements were achieved. Scott began their career in the mortgage sector, excelling as a Senior Mortgage Originator at Eagle Nationwide Mortgage Company and as Mortgage Origination Manager at Home Loan Investment Bank, demonstrating a consistent track record of high production and team leadership. Scott's foundational management experience was gained at Kentucky Fried Chicken Germany, where operational leadership was successfully executed.
