Matthew Green currently holds the position of Head of Emerging Markets Scouting at Bayer 04 Leverkusen, overseeing a team to enhance first team recruitment across various European football leagues. In addition to their role at Bayer, Matthew serves as a pundit and summariser for the BBC. Previous experience includes serving as Academy Scouting Manager and Academy Recruitment Co-Ordinator at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club, as well as similar roles at Crystal Palace Football Club and Barnet FC. Matthew began their career as a 1st Team Coach at Eastbourne Borough Football Club.
